My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the house and the fine details that went into it. It has definitely not gone unnoticed, as I can see the care that went into small, but significant things like caulking between the baseboards and the walls, or the foam boards lining the cement walls in the cellar. We purchased our Morningstar home after our daughter and son-in-law recommended you; they purchased a Morningstar home in Providence in Langley. They also told us what a star Rettie was, we thoroughly concur. Having someone as dynamic as Rettie as the contact for Morningstar can only be a plus for your company. We had many questions and concerns prior to and during the purchase process, and Rettie ALWAYS got back to us with answers when promised. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rettie's assistant, Tiffany, also deserved a mention as she always had a smile and was very helpful when Rettie wasn't available.
We were impressed with all the trades and your policy regarding clean up for all trades at the site. It was nice to see a well kept and tidy site. The 「care box」 was a nice touch when we moved in and very useful.
We have been living in our new home for almost a month now and we love it.

"We were delighted"
We walked in and were immediately and heartily greeted by Rettie, the sales person for Morningstar Homes. We were invited to walk through the show homes and when we were finished we asked for the house plans and left. We drove around the neighbourhood and also looked at a Morningstar 3 year old development to see what these homes looked like completed as a community. We were delighted.
We drove back to Oliver's Lane and were sitting in our car looking at the house plans, when Rettie came out to our car and said, 「why not come inside and talk with me.」 Rettie gave us outstanding customer service, put himself in our shoes and listened to us about what would work for us and what we could afford. This created trust and gave us the opportunity to make a clear choice.

We are having a wonderful time in our new home. First of all, we really appreciate the effort and accomplishment on this beautiful home. Not only our home, but the other houses you have built and are building are awesome and we believe the Vistas will be a great neighbourhood when finished.
The first aspect we are satisfied with is the design of the homes you build. It is very unique and different. My wife and I spent quite a bit of time looking for a house with a unique design with great nature and the house we live in now has both. We feel happy every time we wake up in the morning; you have done such a great job in the housing development in the Greater Vancouver area. I wanted to write a letter in regards to the outstanding service and time that I received by one of your employees. I bought a home in Oliver's Lane and when I moved in I was greeted by a number of staff to show me the ropes of our new home, but no more than you supervisor of the site, Donnie. He was outstanding and very helpful, and whenever I needed help or advice he was always there no matter what time it was. He was one of the first people there on site and one of the last if not the last person to leave. He is a great addition to any construction site, building not only houses but friendships with the people that are buying Morningstar homes.
I wanted to write this letter because I don't want his outstanding kindness and courtesy to go unnoticed. He makes the new house experience run as smooth as it sounds from the sales people and I wanted to thank you.

Let me say this right from the start - our experience with Morningstar Homes and the absolutely excellent staff you have hired has been of the highest quality.
Randy and I have been on a first name basis for some months now. He gives great advice, listens when you speak to him and is a genuine, good guy and your customer service team who gave us our walk-thru when the home was completed put things on a list of things to do that we probably would have overlooked. This is a truly excellent staff and I thank them all for the work they've done.
PS - We loved the binder you gave us detailing the warranties and phone numbers in case of questions or need.
